I would have guessed they do, but 2 fiberglass vendors
offer a hood for a 64 Dart (but it is not listed as fitting
a 65)
What is the difference (If any?)

Nope, totally different shapes and contours between '64 and '65. The '63 and '64 hoods are the same, but '65 is one-year-only and '66 is one-year-only, too.
