Got the shirt yesterday in the mail. Fits fine, wore it proudly today out at RT66. Thanks a lot! :D :D :D

The colors are a little drab though. Where's the flames and skulls?

I will have to get my film shots from Redding, I think I have a shot of the back of this shirt.
Thanks to Wayne for getting "Killer Bee" shirts to our West coast racers!

hI Dennis: You should be proud of your new 'Jeffrey Killer Racing Team' Slant6 shirt...It is the only one in "existence". We had to get the material from 'Omar-The-Tent-Maker'...and he was out of "flame and skull" materials. We had 8 members of the Jeffrey team all "sporting" our new shirts. The Inliner magazine was there doing a feature story of our team and slant6 racing here on the West Coast. Glad you got the shirt and will put up some points for are racing team..How is that 600 working compared to the 390? My brother is putting our old racing motor in his '34 Plymouth coupe to also go slant6 racing. We had a disagreement at the Redding track this past weekend..He said he was going to run the 390 vs the 600.. He said he read in the message section of Slant Six Forum, that you were going faster with the 390?? Comment appreciated...take care Dennis, Wayne/Aric in Chico

On my original moder I did go faster with a 390 than a 600 vacuum secondary.

This motor has a better cam and head.

When you gonna feed yours the hose so you can be fast like me?

Us farmers out West can't afford the price of all those replacement plugs with no ends left after a couple of runs...no hose in the future...just 114'

I'd be happy if mine just ate plugs. When mine gets hungry it eats pistons and leaves the plugs alone.

Matter of fact, the plugs that are in it now were the ones in it last year when I holed the piston at Indy.

Hi Dennis: We have to see how to get you out to one of our "Clay City West" races at Redding. I have a car for your to drive so you don't have to rent a rental car. We need to see how the Jeffrey Killer Bee team shirts fits...We are working on getting some outside major sponsorship for the future ..even will pay $$ for the best reaction time....Keep us posted when you finally "crack" the 12 second nemosis. Take care, Wayne/Aric in Chico

It's pretty hard to pry Dennis away from the rental cars.
Probably because he knows he's less likely to break
something, and if he does somebody else will have to take
it apart.

You guys are killing me here.

Wayne, If Rick coughs up the cash, he will have my red car out there soon.

If you have a ride for me, I'd love to fly out and run at Redding. :D

Hi Sandy: I will add another $100.00 to the "match race" fund. Now we just need to get some "tow money" for Dennis to show up (rick??) I need to personally see those plug "ends" with no tips left on them....Sandy and all others...please note the dates of the final Redding Slant6 races are NOT IN OCTOBER..THAT WAS LAST YEARS DATES... REDDING RACES ARE AUGUST 26-27....

We plan to have $$ for the fastest times (Dennis??)
Low ET (Dennis???) $50.00 gas money for first time racers....All tech and car fees waved....($10.00 to race for FREE OVERNIGHT PARKING). $50.00 for best reaction time during elimination..(Dennis/Allen/Glen?Gary et al) Cold drinks available for free at Wayne's trailer)..We can make this the "Clay City West" if many of you Slant6 owners get off your *** and show up...

All cars that show up are included as members of the Jeffrey Killer Bee Racing Team...This is the last event of the year for West coast Slant6 cars...We will again run all the slower cars on Saturday as a grouping which really makes our races competitive and fun for all cars...Mike Williams stock 72 Dart again won 3rd place against all other cars...and Allen Dutra's stock wagon had the best reaction times and very competitive... just show-up with a Slant6 car and run!
This is a two-day event so mark it on your calendars....AUGUST 26-27...NOT IN OCTOBER...Lets see if we can get Dennis out to California ...Wayne in Chico

This is the best event for a first time racer, you won't find a friendler place to race. (see the photos form May's race in Redding)
http://www.slantsix.org/galleries/redding5-06/list.htm

You can run for a very low cost, $10.00 a day) and you will get a bunch of practice runs and meet a great group of people. We will even pay for some of the gas to get there!

If you are anywhere in the western part of the country, show some support and get out to this race.
