If you've done this (or looked into the parts) you know it's not cheap to get the parts......... As and example at summit the prices range from $9 to $18 for the parts, then there's shipping on top of that......... Well I've found a cheap way to do it: Get the following 1. 18mm x 1.5 nut about $1 2. Dorman 65220 oil pan plug (18mm x 1.5 thread, 19mm hex head) about $2 Some welding required. |

Another popular way of doing it is to get a "spark plug anti fouler" in the help section for an 18mm sparkplug. And fyi, the Innovate Motorsports LC-1 wideband kit includes a stainless bung and plug, but then again if you have the $200 (or was it $250?) to pay for the kit you probably wouldn't be distraught over spending $20 for bung and plug. |

Little known fact, but spark plug non-foulers also happen to be the correct thread and make great bungs. Good call on the oil pan plug though; hadn't thought about that. |

Wow... creepy... Anyway, I know the O'Reilly's I worked at carried them in stock. My friend who was building a turbo project was amazed that there was such a cheap and easy solution. |

I just go over the Midas around the block, they don't have a price sheet for "individual parts" like bungs so I either get one for free (go in every other month so they don't remember me  ), or usually get about 3 for $5 and they throw in a couple of plugs...Which reminds me it's time to go grab one for the beater valiant LOL, -D.Idiot |
