I have a really nice grill off of a 74 Valiant. Would it bolt right on to a 73 and or a 75 Duster or Valiant as well?

Yep. A '76, too. Won't necessarily be the same, though. '73 was the same with perhaps some minor color treatment difference, '75 and '76 was a slightly different (although interchangeable) style.

Mopar tended to make late grille changes every 2 years...the 73-76 will bolt up to any 73-76 Valiant or Duster....

For "correctness" if going for what was original to your year, 73-74 are the same (a bit different in paint pattern if I remember right)...the 75-76 are the same (but the '75 uses clear turn signal lenses, and the '76 used amber lenses).

Either way if you find an intact grille in any junkyard, it's worth the money to pull and save for later (they ain't gettin' cheaper...)

A 74 grille will fit a 76, but not exactly. The filler panel that runs underneath it is different. They will interchange, but you need that trim piece for it to look right.
