I plan to be there with the dart Provided Nothing Breaks this week - I always have bad luck with that stuff.

I can't wait to see your car. I heard it's even better than before. Even if something of mine breaks, I'll bring a different car, I've got 3 to pick from.

My plan is to take the Aspen out. I just got a set of 3.73 gears, and I'd like to get them installed in time. Car is running well enough and I had about 8 runs at last weeks test and tune with a best of 18.44 and a worst of just over 19. I was trying out the new tach and dialing in the carb a little. I think I can get into the high 17's with the new gears, but time will tell.

I would like to take friday off work and be out there in time for the car to cool down for the friday night test and tune session at national trail raceway. What day/time are you planning on leaving, because it would be nice to travel as a group again. My plans arn't carved in stone.

I'm surprised Brian is going out, is his wife and new baby going or is he planning on going alone? Sure wish he had his car together, but he'll be lucky to have it done for Pittsburgh next month. I offered the scamp for him to take and race if he wanted, but it sounds like he's got other plans.

I guess we should talk on the phone, because I lost your number again and I've been having trouble getting time 'online' for the last couple weeks. I'll send you a PM.

Where will you guys be at National Trail? Will you have a designated area in the pits? I am familiar with the track and I hope I can make it-plans are still up in the air so I'll have to wait and see. If my car will pass tech I'll make a few runs......

Yes usually Most of the slant six folks gang up an get some nice cozy spots on the Paved area Behind the Grand stand at abut the 1/8 Mile mark - Usually the cox's Will be there, and Somtimes the Big Dog guys, Rodney H. Norm, Dale Rose, will be in the same area as well.


I hope the weather is great and it should be a great time.
