| Post subject: | Spindle - lower ball joint bolts |
One of the holes in the (10" drum) spindle is threaded, requiring a 1/2-20 x 2 3/4" bolt threaded up to 1/2" of head. I can't find these new and both that came off the donor car are no good. Maybe the ones on the car now are reusable. Is it OK to drill out these threads and use a new grade 8 bolt? |
