what would cause the power steering pump to whine on a 74 dodge dart swinger 225? full of fluid and i jacked it up with the cap off and turned the wheel lock to lock to get the air out any suggestions? |

If you've worked all the air out of the system and it still whines, could be that the pump is getting ready to go bye-bye. |
