73 Dart Swinger. When I took off the kick panel, there is sheet metal behind it. For those of you who put speakers in the kick panel, did you just cut a hole in this? I need new tires and wheels. I was planning on getting some 15 X 7 wheels. A freind of mine brought over some (free) 205/70/15 Toyo Spectra-something tires with at least 50% of tread. They look pretty tall. Do you know if these will fit? I think they are around 26.3" tall and 8.2" wide. |

The 205's will fit on 15X7 rims. The tire place (Les Schwab) I got my Toyo's from mistakingly put them on my cop rims when I wanted 215/70-15's. When I got my Satellite, the PO put 4" speakers in the kick panel, just behind the vents (if A bodys have them, don't know). They where thin enough that the metal behind was not cut. |
