I have a problem with my slant getting hot. I have changed everything but the raditor and its makeing me think that i need to change to a v8 |

Well, since a V-8 makes more heat, you'll need a new radiator, which might very well solve the overheating problem with your /6 for less money. I would have the cooling system professionally flushed first, though, as it was working when new, so you know that it COULD cool adequately. |

Read and follow this post. Not sure I understand your line of reasoning...how do you imagine changing to a V8 would solve your overheating problem??? |

I'll play Devil's advocate here and say he's talking about a V8 sized radiator. |

the engine is totally stock 1bbl and the rad has been flushed and i think that it might have a cracked head. |

Have you flushed the heater core? My brother's 68 Dart overheated due to a clogged heater core. |
