Hi there, I'm searching for u-bolts for my 7" 1/4 rearend. I ordered some at summit racing (after having entered my type of vehicle & engine...) but they sent me 3" ones whereas I need 2.5"... I found Jeep CJ5-6-7 are 2.5" width. They're available on summitracing but can anyone confirm that it will fit my rearend? I don't want to order overseas for nothing again... Otherwise if anybody has a ref... Thanks Marc |

marc, i don't know where you are, but if you have a place in your town that does re-arching of springs, most of the time they also will make u-bolts. they will be of better quality and you can get them same day....take one of your originals OR the 3 basic dimensions (length, width and axle diameter) and they can put them together for you. just a thought. sb |

I ordered mine from www.espo.com (for my 81/4 rearend), and they sent me the right ones without me having to measure them and tell them the size. They seem pretty knowledgeable there. |
