hi, i took some parts off my 74 valiant before i junked it, one of those parts being the tail lights, one is broken, but the other is good, but its been so long i forget which side is goes on, anyone know? it bends up or down depending on the way you turn it, is there a number or something to look for? thanks!

The bottom of the taillight should poke farther out than the top.

Look for the part # on the lens. The even # is the right, odd # is the left.

On a '74 Valiant, the clear-lensed reversing (back-up) light is at the inboard end of the assembly.
