What can I do to beef up my slant 6? Im new to the game and want a beefer engine than a stock one. can a guy get header(s) and 2 barrel intakes for one?and anyother Ideas about what i can do. Its a 75 banana yellow duster , with factory air ,just put new paint and interior in her. Im getting ready to put new black stipes and a rear spoiler on it, and I want her to sing alittle. thanks for your help in advance, I need all the help i can get. PS Its a numbers matching car,and the next project is a 71 demon 340 |

welcome! two BBL intakes are available. try a car-parts.com search for 77-82 dodge aspens, pick up trucks. i see them on ebay from time to time, but they go for a lot. there's lots to do to a slant, just do some searches on this board. i'd stay away from headers and do the dutra split manifold. http://www.slantsix.org/articles/exhaus ... d-mods.htm tell what you plan for the car and you'll get a lot of good help as to how to achieve your goals from this board. sb |
