Probably a stupid question, but what's the rim width '82 D150 w/ stock wheels? I'm lookin at some 7" ones, but I'm not sure how much I'd be gaining. They're the 5 on 4.5, fwiw.

Edit: To be more specific, the rims I'm contemplating are stock cop car rims. Are these in fact, likely to be 7" wide? I'm assuming I won't run into any offset issues...

Stock rim size on an '82 D150 is 5.5"x15". Larger sizes were optional. The 7"x15" cop wheels will work without any problem. I have a set on my '82, the '84 has a 7" set on the front with a aftermarket remake 8" on the rear.
Early '70s 7"x15" wheels, such as the 7"x15" Rallye, won't work due to a clearance issues with the large disc brake calipers.
