Hey Guys,

It has been a chameleon year at LaQuinta I'm now on the third manager. I found out today the new manager did not even know LaQuinta was the host hotel! :?

Got that all fixed today so she is booking our event at $55/nt until her block runs out or Oct 10th - so for those of you that need room, get them now before we get another manager!!

Kudos to Mike for the great new website work :D

:? Mike, I gotta have a car first to complete. Bill mailed me he had started it, but finishing it is another matter. He's been really busy at his regular gig, and I'm just glad he agreed to do it at all. I spoke to Mike Jeffrey at Monster and he said he was planning to make Houston. It might make some of the other points runners make the trip to keep him in check. There's a fellow from Louisiana (Flyntgr) with a hot rodded Slanter looking to show up too. If anyone else has a Slanter it doesn't matter if it runs ten seconds or twenty, come and race. You'll have a great time, and thanks to Miller Performance, you might could put a little coin in your pocket. RICK

I officially have Slant Six Class pre-registrations, you have till tomorrow to get in in the mail. Check the contact info on the website for the local Texas address.
