Post subject:  Sway bar part # needed.

I know this is mostly an A body board, but thought I'd ask this here any way. I posted this over on Moparts, but more than likly won't get a reply since I don't have a Roadrunner or Hemi car.....

I'm finally getting ready to get a front sway bar for my Satellite. I was looking at Summet, but when I asked their tech dept for a kit to install it, I got the sway bar for my car, but the end link kit was listed for a Nisson Pathfinder! Might scratch them off my list, unless anybody has used it.

Anyway, what I really would like is a part number from any place that includes the bar (I'm thinking a 1" bar should be plenty) and kit to install it on a car that never came with a sway bar (no tabs on the lower control arms). Any help would be great, cause I cant find anything online! Also, I don't want to spend over $200 for a bar, so Firm feel's stuff is out of the question.

BTW, I got pretty good prices at www.shox.com....

BTW2, I'd get the urethane bushings.

The urethane bushings goes without saying. I looked at the links on the Addco site and when I did find what I needed, the notes say that they mount in the original bar's location. I found Hellwig bars and they do not say if they include the mounting hardware for the lower control arm. Guess I'll just start calling the 800 numbers at some of these places and see if I can get a straight answer. Most places only want $149 or so for the bar, so the first one that gives me the parts I need wins.

FWIW... I have been told that the shocks from an 87-95 Pathfinder will fit the front of an A-Body. I don't know if the B-body uses the same shocks. The swaybar endlinks probably attach to the shock mounts.
