I ve come up with a belt route that is about 107.65 inches long (6 grove). How do I find out if there is a belt that long out there? Do I go the the parts store with a string that long or is there a better way?

Most major brands have a cross reference in their catalogs so that you can look up belt p/n by length; I'd just got to the parts store and ask to see their catalog.
