That appears to be one of the Hyperpack reproductions made by Clifford.

Yep. Do a little browsing around the site though before you think about ordering directly from Clifford. There are /numerous/ horror stories.

How is the quality of thier intake? Would there be a better one to look at getting? (looking for reliablity as well as power)

Both clifford and offy have four barrel manifolds that would probably be better for fuel distribution than a hyperpack (long runners on hyperpack make for some issues, plus it causes interference issues on some vehicles because of how far it sticks out). There are also several other options out there including dual two barrel or single barrel carb manifolds, triple webber manifolds that can be found on ebay everyonce in a while. Reliability and performance various so widely it is hard to rate without knowing what your goals are and how your engine is currently setup?

And of course there are lots of opinions on what is better but I find it something along these lines for performance. The carb and intake manifolds also need to be matched to other changes such as cam, head work, etc.

Stock single barrel holley < Super six setup < proline dual setup < MPEFI offy
