When I try to back up an incline, I get some serious wheel hop. I was told this was caused by "hot" spots on the flywheel or a warped flywheel. Is this correct? Some days I don't think I will be able to back out of a parking spot. I don't experience it going forward, it only happens in reverse. It's all about pre-planning.

Does the clutch chatter going forward? Read through clutch troubleshooting in the FSM and it will give you a lot to think about including bad engine mounts.

I get this in reverse in my 360 truck with 4 spd
look close at the tranz mount, a broken trans mount will cause this.

Early Mopars have the axle mounted off-center on the spring with the shorter section ahead of the axle and the longer section trailing. This design is good for resisting the tendency of the axle to twist and "wrap" the spring during a hard start, thus reducing wheel hop under hard acceleration. In reverse gear the geometry would be reversed and the longer section would be more prone to wrapping. A chattering clutch or broken rear transmission mount might exagerate the effect too.
