Can anyone suggest which repair manual to buy for '72 Swinger /6.
There is an "official Dodge tech's repair manual" on Ebay but it costs $60 !!! Then there are the CD's...never had one of those. Chiltons, Haynnes etc....

The factory service manual is the one to get. Some folks like the CD copy of it, some prefer paper.

The Chiltons, Haynes, Clymer are not nearly as good.

The best thing you can do is buy the repop '72 service manual. That way you can flip through the pages while working on the car, and not ruin a orginal manual. $60 bucks may be alot, but it is worth every penny. :D

These fellows are right... The factory book is worth every penny. Nothing else (Chilton, Haynes) comes even close!
