A833 bearing retainer adapter

I have a A833 4spd, 23 spline
I have a bearing retainer adapter ring to make the the bearing retainer larger to
fit 4.80 bellhousing
what is the best way to mount retainer adapter to transmission ?
I purchased adapter from brewers performance

Most any "stick stuff" will hold it on the retainer's shoulder while you install the gearbox. I use 3M Super Weatherstrip Adhiesive.

I am not really Sure Where Fort Washington is either - I Am about 20 Miles outside Pittsburgh; SW corner of PA.
