So, the other morning I'm driving, and the window is fogged up, so I use my wipers. They work just fine, as always. Then, about 3 minutes later I do the same... again, 3 minutes later I go to turn them on, and they don't move. I've never had a problem with them before, and now they don't work at all. This is bad since it is starting to rain. This is in a '70 Dart Custom Thoughts? I checked the fuses (or at least the ones I know of) and they seem fine. Thanks! |

I would check the switch/contacts as I have ran into problems with these before. In my ford van, the wipers will go up sometimes but get stuck and not come back down. I move the switch a bit (it has various speed delay on the switch) and they go back down. Electrical gremlins are weird but at least solveable in most older cars. Russ |

I have a 72 dart, it has two ballast resistors. One is on the wiper motor. could be the problem. |
