What do you guys use for greasing your ball joints, tie rod ends, steering arms, torsion bars, etc....

Just a basic grease, synthetic, or a particular name brand?

I was just planning on using some everyday wheel bearing type grease for the torsion bars. Obviously something else (and a grease gun!) for all the grease fitting parts.

Thanks!
