In case anyone is interested, I will be running the 66 "Project V" Valiant (with 64 Dart frontend - a "Vart") at this event, near Danville, VA and Greensboro, NC.

http://www.thscc.com/timetrial/index.html

This is a driving school and road course timetrial. Last time the V was out, we ran midpack and now we have a few more HP and the rollcage completed to stiffen things up.

I was hoping to run the 64 Dart, but it won't be out of the paintshop until this Wednesday and will need plenty of reassembly...

Who's in for VIR?!

Lou

Id love to be there Lou....for starters Id like to see the cage. .....there is of course the added value of seeing ancient ,family iron putting the blush on newer performance cars. I say you should put on a Billy Idol facial expression and brake real deep.......

Thanks, Sandy. Wish we were about 2500 miles closer together...

Someday I'll get a website revived and post some cage pics. If you're jones'in, PM me your email and I'll send you a couple.

I always brake deep - amazing how many people don't know how fast their car can stop!

Lou

Hey, Lou! Do you have a buddy with a video camera? I'm can't be the only one who'd like to see your car in action.

I'll try to get some video... Good idea. The Drakes got some good video at the Rock in 11/05, but we couldn't find the clips later!

See "Slixer's Gallery" Project V post for update on VIR weekend. Fun and destruction...
