My 15 year old and I have bought an 1965 Dodge Dart Slant Six. We are just getting started and will accept any help. I am a computer person so I have very little car knowledge.

Welcome to the board. 8)

There are many very helpful and knowledgable folks here, so when you have a question, do not be afraid to ask. My only suggestion is to run a search for your question first, as many, many topics are asked and answered on a weekly basis. ;)

Welcome on the board! First stop: this thread. Pick up the books described therein, and set about reading them. Feel free to ask questions on the board here. It's getting tougher to find quality advice and parts locally, and easier to get a bum steer on those fronts, so before making decisions on replacement parts, upgrades, service work, etc., ask here.

Welcome to the Slanted Family. Follow Dans advice on the manuals and ask questions here. Most if not all questions from stock to radical can be answered about the Slant Six. Thanks Ron Parker :D

Hey, twcentry, can you post some photos? We LOVE photos!
Seriously, it's a good idea to take lots of photos. You'll want to have some for Before/After scrapbook type stuff, but you'll also find good photos very useful as you work through the systems.
Start a thread under on the slixers page, and post your progress!
