I am waiting for my 2 bbl kick down to arrive in the mail. I was wondering, it seems that the curved slotted part of the kick down assembly is the major difference between 1 bbl and 2 bbl.

Has somebody ever posted, or could somebody post the dimensions and an outline that could be printed on a 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper so that people could fabricate at home? It seems that it would be really simple to do, instead of hunting junkyards and bidding on ebay.

Not so simple, there are bends and angles in all three axes (X,Y,Z), and dimensions are critical.
