On my 1965 A body Valiant, power steering box leaks. Seems like I should drop a rebuilt in instead of just replaceing seals ( it has a little slop also). I found this on e-bay , please look up item number 300042304328 or see my enhanced picture http://www.mustangdreams.net/steerbox.jpg the description says : "rebuilt 1966-69(?) Mopar Power Steering Box, 1 7/32 spline. Marked with #s G-3843012-H, L08, E-10." As far as I can tell all the early power steering box's interchange. Anyone know ? Thanks in advance..... Interchange for your P/S box is '62 through '72 A- and B-body. The C- and D-body boxes won't fit, nor will the '73-up A-body units. |
