If I suddenly am overcome by the urge to own a hyper pak manifold... what is the best way to buy from Clifford? Do they do COD? -Mac |

Call Clifford, and get a commitment on a date of shipment. If that date is acceptable to you, figure a reasonable time to allow for the actual shipping. Pay by credit card, and tell them "if the part is not at your door by that time you will cancel the order". If the part does not show up on time, call them back and cancel ( do not pay attention to any excuses). Tell them they have 3 working days to have the credit posted to your credit card account. If this does not happen , call your credit card company, and put the amount in dispute, and do not pay this amount. If you have the parts on time them you are good to go. PS: you can check all credit card transactions online at your CC companies web site. These will show up in no more then one day. You do not have to wait for a statement. |
