I bundled up my front and rear bumpers and the two front bumperettes on my 1974 Dodge Dart Sport and shipped them to Restoration Chrome in Washington. They triple chromed the rear bumper and it looks great. When they stripped the old chrome/nickel from the front bumper, they said there were some tiny pin holes in the metal and could not rechrome the front bumper. Ebay has some for sale right now, however I don't want to buy a bumper sight unseen that may have the same problem once it is stripped for rechroming. Does anybody have a front bumper for sale with no rusting problems? Restoration Chrome wants pictures of the front and back side of the bumper before I ship them another bumper. Thanks for any help. Suggestions appreciated.
