Is it included with the Dart, and how much is the Dart?

I think that's 1977 model year 225, passenger car service, cast crank, and a date code.

77 engine in a 65 Dart poses a few challenges.
Is this engine in the car already, or is the plan to put it in the car?

If the 65 trans is being used, the crank pocket needs an adapter to fit the TC snout. Disregard if a later transmission has been installed.
The oil pan/pickup is different, as are the motor mounts.

All of these are easy enough to remedy. Your initial post has been edited. I assume it made it look like you were selling something, based on the replies.
What are you trying to do?
