I had a cam custom ground. It was double nitrided and Parkerized. What is Parkerizing? |

Does anyone remember if the Slant cams from Comp are nitrided or not.I installed my 264s 2 years ago and cant remember if the cam was all black or not. HyperValiant |

Just for a toss-up.... When I got my Cam back from the grinder, it was not black, but very dark, with sort of "spider-web/cracked" look all over. Smooth as silk, though. I just wonder if they parkerized it.....? I sort of doubt it..... $100.00 for a grind AND treatment?.....sounds like a deal!  BBBanjo |
