I have Clifford shorties on mine. I would have to say that even if they don't block you they will make it really tight getting the box out.
You may be able to break the drag link and take it out the bottom.

Has anyone changed out their steering box that has clifford shorty headers on their a-body? Will they interfere with getting the box in and out? Thanks |

You'll have to take out the front header if power - manual is ok. IIRC you may have to push the tranny lines out of the way. |

I have manual steering but my headers or header is all one piece. This shouldn't make a difference, I guess. Thanks for the input, just wanted to get some info before I started a short project that ended up taking all day. |
