Is a fender from a '75 Dart the same stamping as one from a '69? They look the same to me, aside from the marker lights. I'd like to swap if I can, as my '69 has a hit on it and the ones from my '75 parts car are in nice shape and have those turn indicators on them, which are kinda cool.

I put '70 Valiant fenders on a '76 Dart, but I needed the matching grille and hood to make everything line up. There was also a difference in the bumper and mounts, but I was able to make it all work.

Don't believe so, no. They'll bolt on, but I don't think the front area is the same. You could probably swap the complete front clip, though the bumper would make some issues.

Yuck on a whole front clip swap--those 75's are hideous! I didn't do a thorough analysis of the lines when I was looking, just a quick once over. Maybe I'll just pull a '75 fender off and hold it up to the '69. The parts car is across town or I'd go look right now.

Well, it looks like the '75 fender will indeed work on a '69. The outer contours (the styling) are the same and it looks like there are only minor differences to be addressed on the inside. I haven't actually bolted it up yet but I'm pretty sure there won't be any insurmountable problems.

Measure the area that the headlight bucket is mounted to the fender, you will find a slight difference.you won't notice until you install the grille and the headlight will not be centered with the trim. you can move the bucket and weld or use sheetmetal screws to correct the spacing.
