My Dart Lite was 'bumped' in the rear,it caused the drivers side bumper shock to collapse. The Bumper and aluminum support are ok(thank the gods!) But I need a new 'shock', can I use any shock from a 74-76 Dart/Duster,or will I need one from a Dart Lite or Feather Duster? Are the shocks still produced? I ASSumed that they may be because they are a safety item....but I am not sure.....any ideas? Thanks |

I would bet that you can use one from any A-body. I doubt they are in production yet, 10 years is all they are required to keep parts. I may have one off a feather down at the shop. E-mail me if you want it, I will be going down there end of the week.  slantzilla@excite.com |

Pretty much the weight savings is in the bumper bracket the shocks are still OEM Dart Sport/Duster/etc...1974-1976... good luck, -D.Idiot |
