First let me tell you what I have done to the head so far. Street strip port and polish. Gasket mach intake and exghaust. Shaved head .050. The stock valves weren't in great shape can anybody recamend a good valve size if I was to upgrade. I have the K64-240-4 comp cam kit that came with timing chain valve springs and lifters. Any info would be great. |

well if u want good performance u will need to get the bowls opened up... the valves im using are out of a early small block ford they are a litle different in the lenght but if ur still running hydralic lifters they will adjust themselves |

Are the valve guides in good condition or do they need replacing? A common size for 3/8 guides is 1.700 intake and 1.440 exhaust. DD |
