Standard equipment was 14" × 4½" plain steel with 6.95 × 14 or D78-14 tires (current equivalent size is P185/70R14 or P175/80R14), and optional equipment was 14" × 5½" plain steel or styled with 7.35 × 14 or E78-14 tires (P195/70R14). P205/70R14 tires work great on 14" × 5½" wheels, but are too wide for the 4½" wide wheels, on which I wouldn't want to go wider than P185/70R14 or P185/75R14. |
