If it is a 7-1/4 rear they are not too bad.

Remove the brake drums and take off the 4 or 5 retainer nuts for the backing plates/axles. Pull the axles. Split the tretainers rings off with a hammer and cold chisel. Drive the old bearings off with a punch through the hole in the axle flange. Set the axle on a block of wood to protect the studs and drive the new bearing and retainer ring on with a long piece of pipe and a hammer. Install axles and brake drums.
