Well, the last piece of the puzzle is in, and I see no problems with it.

Used a '69 Valiant idler, and from what I can see it locates the center link in the correct location.

This was the last thing to make me feel like the modded '73 k-frame was a success. To review, I wanted a thru bolt idler, instead of the stud mount one, and decided to go to the trouble of sectioning a later k-frame and relocating the motor mounts so I could also benefit from the spool motor mounts and better swaybar arrangement. Why should the '67 and up cars be the only one to benefit from this swap.

Only outstanding issues are the swaybar endlinks are tweaked more than I would like, and I need to clearance the DS motor mount some for the mount it fit all the way in. That wont happen until the motor comes out.

I was pretty jacked, to say the least. :D

Anybody want a stud mount idler out of a '63 Valiant? Seems pretty tight to me.
