Post subject:  Weak rear springs?

I noticed last nite my main leafs on the rear springs on my 79 Aspen curve up (reverse arc) right where they mount up to the front spring hangar. This normal or are they weak? Looked like my pinion angle(eyeballing it) was way off. I do notice its a little shaky around 65mph. Think this might be my problem? I read the other post on worn springs but it turned into a pissin' match over air shocks. My car sits level but with a full tank of gas it does go down a little. I could add a leaf but I was wondering because of the main leafs reverse arc that it might effecting my pinion angle evan though my ride height is very close. And I reckon another spring would bring it up some but not correct the pinion angle if it is wrong. What do you think?

They are Probably Shot - I have the Same issue with My Springs 176,000 Miles on them- And I just got Some new ones - Just waiting for the front hangers to install them on - I think The f Body 4 Leaf springs were junk - I also used to load down my car every winter with 150# of sand -when I had the one wheel drive 7.25 Axle -

Check out your local spring shop in the yellow pages - They make you up some nice springs for it.
