hi! um my duster has a slant 6 that doesnt have a breather al that is showing is the carburator.(like the person who had it before had problems wit it) it will start but not idle. carburator shoots out gas everywhere .HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please follow the instructions I gave in your previous post and get those books. You're going to have to start with at least a basic level of automotive knowledge in order to post questions that we can use to give you helpful advice, and in order for our advice to be helpful to you. It is neither practical nor practicable (nor safe, nor effective, nor really even possible) for us to give you a basic education at the level you seem to require. Nothing wrong with not having knowledge, but you really do need to get up to speed on the very basics before you can ask questions that make sense and before we (or anyone else) can help you do the work to fix your car's problems yourself. One other thing: the device missing from atop your carburetor is not a "breather", it is an air cleaner assembly. |
