1963 Dart 270, just below the grill there's a piece of sheet metal (below and behind the bumper), is that called the front valance? If not what is it called?

In any case, the one I have has so many dents I don't think it can be fixed, anyone know where I can get one? (Once I know what it's called I'll post in the Parts Wanted Section)

The sheetmetal itself is indeed called the front valence panel. The trim piece that runs between the park/turn lamps is called the valence panel trim. Direct interchange for your car is '63-'64 Dart.
