Hello again, This afternoon while going under the Dart I thought I'd give a look at the steering part. It seemed like nothing had much play and everything was pretty tight (I was initially thinking of buying a complete kit and redo it but...). I didn't really try hard though... Anyway, it seems good enough to go a few thousands miles before rebuild except... the rubber things (I don't know what's the name for them). They are made to prevent crap getting in the balljoints. Does anyone know where I can get these alone? Thanks a lot, Marc |

Mancini has TIE ROD BOOTS and BALLJOINT BOOTS from Energy Suspension. Other places have them, as well. If you don't know if or when the suspension was rebuilt, it might be a good idea to do the whole thing to make sure. |
