what is the best cam for more horse power and were do i find it

Oh man. Can you possibly give us a little less information? We're all willing to help to some degree, but give us something to work with.

We need all the engine specs you can provide. What intake and exhaust are you using or planning to use. What trans you're using and if it's an auto what torque converter. Rear axle ratio and vehicle weight are also very helpful. Intended vehicle use. Are you going to run nitrous.

Spill all those beans and we'll get you an answer. Until then, if the car has stock intake, exhaust, torque converter, rear end gears and is hauling around more than 3000 lbs the stock late mechanical cam is a good choice.
