My opinion....use the Dutras on the D100. I can send you a pic of the Dutras on my D100 to show you how well they fit, but basically Dutras a logarithmically tougher than ANY header, assuming you think 3/8 inch of cast iron is more resistant to exhaust cycles than is sheet metal. Also, you can construct a finely tuned exhaust with the Dutras while the headers severely limit your pipe length before the "Y". I have yet to see a good reason to use a header when customizing and attaching an ideal exhaust system to the Dutras is so simple. Just my opinion.
