Post subject:  Need help finishing shopping list for 72 to 73 uca swap
I want to rebuild my '72 demon front suspension and brakes cheap. I just went from drum to disk on my '73 swinger and I have lots of leftover parts because I did the drums over on the 73 before I went to discs.

73 Parts I have and want to swap to the '72:

-73 UCAs with newish balljoints, will get moog bushings
-'73 10"x2.5" drum knuckles, sbp, with good wheel cyls, hoses, and new drums

Parts I am unsure of interchange:
I have spare '73 LCAs, but they need sway bar brackets. Will '72 LCAs take '73 balljoint assembly? will '72 balljoint take my '73 knuckle?

so do I:

-use 72 LCA, 73LBJ?
-use 73 LCA , 73LBJ?
-use 72 LCA, 72LBJ?

I want to buy everything from rockauto or autozone or someplace with a thin profit margin on moog stuff

You can just leave the 72 LCA right where it is....they interchange.

I see lots of info around the web on the disc swap, but I didn't know about the '72 to '73 drum swap (with the possibility of a disc swap later easy) as far as the LCAs go.

I got worried when rockauto offered different part numbers for 72 and 73.
