Hi all,
I just joined the forum after about 2/3 years of gleaning information from all the post. What a great forum it is to. Now i have a question of my own. I tried to find the answer in the forum and could not find it. Nor could i find it elsewhere. I have a restored 63 Dart Convert /6 that has won numerous shows, trophies etc. It has begun to sag in the rear end, sorta like the owner. My question is, are the 63/64 leaf springs the same?
My FSM states the 63 is 4 leaf 55" , the ones I find for sale say 64-76, 5 leaf measuring 20-35. I could not find a part # for them either. Do any of you know who sells the correct springs? Thanks, Wayne

hi, have you tried espo.com? espo springs and things 800-903-9019 or 570-672-9413 has a lot of good people and good products over there. they will help you choose whatever springs you want at a good price. ron

I believe that it's possible to swap just about any set of A-body springs into any other A-body, although certain years used different spring rates.

Thanks for the replies. Can someone tell me what spirings the 64 Dart convertible had, 4 or 5 leaf springs? The ones I see on e-bay are 5 leaf and say 64 thru 76. I will use the 5 leaf on my 63 if I can find out if the 64 was so equipped. Again thanks for your replies. Wayhe
