Hi all Came across this kit the other day trans-dapt p/n:4450 Has anyone used this kit before? It contains 2 light springs one about 1.5 turns shorter than the other Help please - (cost me all of $2!!) dont want to waste all that moolah |

I don't know about recurving, but full mechanical advance will come in faster. |

Very light springs are only good for racing. All the advance will come in right away instead of a curve. If you are looking for parts for a frequently street driven car or you might want to go up a hill with 4 people in the car, then you should try to stay with closer to factory style springs. When drag racing, you are pretty much at idle or at full throttle and this is where the light springs create a desirable effect. |
