NAPA has a 16 lb. cap part# 703-2447. Does STANT manufacture NAPA/Balkamp radiator caps. This one says,"assembled in Mexico" I hope it's a STANT. Does anybody know? THANKS MUCH!! |

Whether the cap is appropriate depends on the specs of your car. Where do you live (hot/cold climate)? Does your car have A/C? Stant used to make NAPA's caps, but the last time I checked was years ago. Chrysler's own caps are Mexican-made. |

13-pound cap is plenty for your application, and will place less stress on your cooling system. Use a Stant 10229 (regular) or 10329 (lever-lock) cap, or equivalent from NAPA. |
