I came across an 80 volare. 4dr.. Called on it because I am looking for the super six carb and intake to put on my 76 duster. would that automatically come with the super six on the newer engine or is it possible the owner says he thinks it has a single barrel holley carb. Yes, it most likely has a 1-bbl carb. I think the 2-bbl was an option on the cars from 1977-1979. Does anyone know what years the 2-bbl was offered on trucks and vans????? I occasionally run across information hinting that the 2-bbl was available on trucks into the early 80's but I've not been able to verify that. cfield@ll.net |

I hope you mean slant six, since the two-barrel was always an option on 318, and some 360's too... Hollander's Interchange says 225-2v found on these models/years: Aspen/Volare 77-79 (especially station wagons) Chrysler Passenger cars 1979 Dodge Passenger Cars 77-79 Dodge Trucks 77-78 & 82-83 LeBaron 78-79 Plymouth Passenger Cars 77-78 Plymouth Trucks & Vans 77-78 RamChargers & TrailDusters 77-78 good luck -DusterIdiot Quote:
