Ok me and my dad got my valves done today sounds sooooo much quieter now. What i was wanting to know to me and him it looks as if we dont have as much oil as we should. I have a video of us warming the car up then it goes to running without valve cover and you can see if it looks ok oil wise, then there is after we are done. just click the picture to play the movie

No good.

you need to pull the rearmost left head bolt to see if you are getting oil as engine turns over with the starter then get valve rockers and shaft apart and clean them up.

You'll find the oil passages are plugged up. It should be splashing with oil a bit.

Cheers, Wizard

Yeah, it looks like somethings not feeding right...

1) pull the rear bolt like wizard said and pull your coil wire, roll engine over, the oil will come out of the rear rocker stand like little 'burps'

2) if you have that going pull all the bolts, pull the shaft and rockers and get them cleaned/dipped/ grab a junkyard set and get them hot tanked...

3) when you pull/replace the rocker shaft make sure the oiling holes in the shaft for the rocker arms are oriented the right way...

Yeah, wow, dry as a bone. Do as the others have suggested; there's more info in the valve adjustment procedure post. You'll need to readjust the valves when you put everything back together — you may want to double-check the gauges you're using, as in the video they still sound a little on the loose side.
