I've got a stock '66 Dart 270 Convertible with the 225, 3 sp on the column. How do I tell which rear end I've got? Is there a code or number stamped somewhere? Thanks!

It is almost certainly a 7¼" rear axle. The standard ratio with 225 and manual trans was 3.23. If the rear axle has a 9-bolt cover, it's a 7¼". The only other rear axle available in '66 was the 8¾", which is identifiable by having no bolt-on rear cover at all. For info on checking the ratio, see this post.
